Cherasco · Langhe
Snails, tajarin and Langhe wine.
A small osteria in the old town of Cherasco, where the snail is the star of a creative Piedmontese menu.

A small osteria in the old town
Chef Luca cooks; owner Raquel runs the dining room and the wine. The menu follows the seasons and the market: handmade tajarin with sausage ragù, hare tartare, partridge on the spit, freshwater fish.
The cellar holds more than 500 labels, from the Langhe and Roero hills and from all over the world. Raquel will help you pair them.
